Workplace pressures can be very stressful and there may not be space within your work setting to explore what is troubling you. I offer a safe, creative and confidential space to people working in a wide variety of professions, where you can come and explore and work through whatever work place issues you may be experiencing.
Online sessions
I offer online sessions for people struggling to attend in person or for people living and working anywhere around the World.
About me
Clinical experience
I am a fully accredited with Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP)
I have been working with clients since 2012 and opened a private practice in 2014, where I have been working since.
I have worked with numerous EAP services including Optum International services and Lena by Inspire.
I worked with Console and Pieta House 24 hour Helpline service.
I have also worked as a Wellbeing coach.

I offer a reduced fee for unemployed or retired.
